GOALS of the WEEK
Last week, we had an absolute slumber party there were so many good goals to show you. This week, not quite as many but still enough to give you a top 6. In addition, Fabio Quagliarella’s winner’s a real beaut.
The Top 6:
- Tonetto’s instep finish after a great Totti backheel set-up (Roma-Empoli)
- Sosa’s two-time finish after a great Lavezzi chested pass (Reggina-Napoli)
- Brienza’s ripping volley from outside the box (min. 02:03) (Reggina-Napoli)
- Figueroa’s left-footed instep ripper from 25 yards (Palermo-Genoa)
- Amauri’s beautiful curler into the top corner (Palermo-Genoa)
- Trezeguet’s left-footed finish after a great Del Piero (helped by Burdisso) flick (Inter-Juventus)
This week, the goal-of-the-week award goes to Fabio Quagliarella. Fab Quagl is back ladies and gentleman. Mister ‘Supergol’ has been keeping a bit under the radar lately, but we all know the kind of magic the ex-Sampdoria striker is capable of, and Saturday Livorno learned it the hard way.
