Arsenal will not lose. A draw maybe. Liverpool always end up winning in such situations. Plus Inter always screw up in the UCL

It’s possible there’ll be a bit of Arsenal and Liverpool backlash after both suffered embarrassing FA Cup defeats. There’s a good chance they’ll both come out snarling and ready to prove a point. Then again that could always work against them…

Thanks for your comment Rizla. I was under the impression that since it’s the only trophy missing from Wenger’s resumé, the Champions League would be a prime target for the French manager.

After all, he himself declared some time ago that Arsenal would need to “win the CL two or three times” in order to be “taken seriously by the rest of Europe”.

Er…NO!!! Wenger has always stated that the league title takes priority over all other trophies.

Although not all Arsenal fans necessarily agree, Wenger values being Champions of the league in your own country above winning a cup competition - albeit a very important one.
