Julio Baptista: That Little Plumber Guy With a Red Hat…

Ok, so in case you didn’t know this already: Julio Baptista is now a Roma player. With Totti bi***ing and moaning about how Roma were a 4th-rank team back in July, Daniele Pradè and Bruno Conti moved their asses and flew over to Madrid to get The Beast. Now at least (and according to their captain) the Giallorossi are somewhat competitive. Still plenty of time till the transfer deadline (August 31) to buy more players anyway…
The good thing about Baptista is that he already comes stocked with his own giallorosso shirt, and bears a curious resemblance to this guy. Confused? The following video should help illustrate those last two points (credit to Chris of the always great Roma Offside blog for the find).
