Their highest paid player (Roberto Baronio) earns 'only' €0.75m. It's going to be really tough for them, also considering who they're facing in the group (Real and Werder). I had hoped for better things but they just don't seem capable at the moment and have to be the favorite of all the Italian teams to be bounced out during the group phase. Delio Rossi looked like he really turned them around at the end of last year but they seem to have lost their way. Fantastic recap of both matches. Lazio is really disappointing.
